We want you to love every Belleva order. If something is not right, you have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to return it for a full refund.
Eligibility
- Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging.
- Gift cards and personalized or custom-made items are final sale, unless they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
How to start a return
Email us at contact@trybelleva.com with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return. We will reply within 1 to 2 business days with the return instructions and address. Please do not send items back without contacting us first: packages sent without a return authorization cannot be processed.
Return shipping
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, except when the item arrived damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered. In that case we cover everything.
Damaged, defective, or wrong item
Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a short description (a photo helps us fix it faster). We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund, your choice.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different size or color is to return the one you have and place a new order.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. Depending on your bank, it can take another 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
