As soon as your order ships, we send you an email with your tracking number and a tracking link.
Where is my tracking number?
- In your shipping confirmation email (check your spam or promotions folder).
- In your account, under Orders, if you checked out with your email.
You can follow your package anytime: open the tracking link in your shipping email, or paste your tracking number on the carrier website shown in that email.
My tracking has not updated
It is normal for tracking to take 2 to 3 business days to show the first scan, and some international legs update only when the package reaches your country. If there is no update for 7 days, email us.
